It’s that time of year again, and we need your help to guarantee another successful ArtSi! If you are asking yourself, “What can I do to help?” Well, have I’ve got a deal for you! We need your donation of time. If you can help, please volunteer for one of the following times:
We are no longer meeting on August 11 to hang art. Please let me know if you are available to help on
Monday, August 13 starting at 3pm ‘til all the art is hung. If your job doesn’t allow you to come that
early, please come when you can!
Friday, August 17
5:00-11:00pm
We need hostesses to welcome and talk to potential donors. This would be a great job for a Latina’s In Progress
graduate who can talk about the LIP education series.
Dress code: skirt, dress, or pants -something nice.
Friday, September 8
We need the following shifts
4:30-7:30pm
7:00 – 10:00pm
We need hostesses to welcome and talk to patrons of Fall Gallery Night.
Friday, September 28
3:00pm-???
We need people to help setup.
Dress code: casual- shorts, jeans, something that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Saturday, September 29
We need the following shifts:
Set-Up Shifts: 10:00am-12:00pm and 12:00-2:00pm
Silent Auction Set-up: 10:00am-1:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm
Registration table: 5:30-7:30pm and 7:30-9:30pm
Greeter: 5:30-8:30pm
Membership renewal: 5:30-7:30pm and 7:30-8:30pm
Silent auction monitors: 5:30-7:30pm and 7:30- 9:30pm
8:00-9:30pm silent auction closing and processing
Auction Runners: 8:00-9:30pm
Cashier: 8:00-9:30pm
Food Detail: 4:30-6:30pm food and 8:30-9:00pm
Photographer: 6:00-9:30pm
Clean-up & Spackle Walls: 9:30-10:30pm and S
Anyone who volunteers on this day will get free admission to ArtSi!
Dress code: from 11:00am-6:00pm, something casual, from 6:00-11:00pm something nice.
